1. Eligibility & Account
- You must be 18+ or have legal capacity to contract.
- You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality.
2. Use of Services
- Services may include AI-powered tools.
- You may not misuse Services for unlawful, harmful, or discriminatory purposes.
- You retain rights to your input data. BA3AI may process it to provide Services and improve AI models (unless opted out).
3. Intellectual Property
- BA3AI owns all rights to software, models, and brand assets.
- You may use outputs for lawful business or personal use, subject to restrictions.
4. AI Limitations & Disclaimers
- Outputs are generated by AI and may be inaccurate or incomplete.
- BA3AI does not provide legal, financial, or medical advice through AI tools.
- Users are responsible for verifying outputs before relying on them.
- Human oversight is available for significant automated outputs where legally required.
5. Payment & Subscriptions
- Fees are disclosed at checkout or in SOWs.
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled.
6. Liability
- Services provided “as is.”
- BA3AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the past 12 months.
7. Termination
- We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.
- Users may cancel subscriptions at any time (refund policies apply).
8. Governing Law
- Governed by US law and jurisdiction.
- Disputes resolved by arbitration or courts in US law and Jurisdiction.
9. Changes
- We may update Terms and will notify users of material changes.
